Weight issues

Wow, 2 in one day!

OK, I am tired of being fat. Feeling like the seat of my pants are going to bust if I bend over. So today, I am officially starting back with my exercising and watching what I eat. I�m not calling it a diet.

I was one that never had to worry about my weight until about 2 years ago. I am 5�8� and typically weighed 140lbs. Which put me in a size 7-8. Today I weigh 156, which has me in a size 10-12 and this scares me. I know that a size 10-12 is not bad, especially considering my height� but I am not use to me being this size. With that being said, I added a weight loss ticker below to keep up with my weight loss. I started exercising at least 4 days a week about a month ago and was doing really well, then I COMPLETELY backslid. So, I will occasionally need your encouragement to keep me on track this time.

Here�s to dropping a few pounds.
