The kids finally heard from their dad tonight. I handed each of them a phone at the same time so that I could see their faces when they heard his voice. Both of their faces lit up! He was limited to 10 minutes, so they crammed as much as they could. Hunter cried the second he hung up the phone. It breaks my heart for them! I can't wait to take them weekend of April 17th to see their dad. Only thing is, I dread the departure that weekend. They really miss him........

He said that he put 2 letters in the mail, 1 for the kids and 1 for me... so maybe we will get to know a little more about his progress once we receive the letter.
